How do I order a custom cup?

It's really easy! Here's how it works:

Pick your cup size — I have 10oz, 16oz, 20oz, and 24oz options.

Browse the wraps catalogue and choose the design you love (or let me know if you want something a little different!).

Fill in the customisation form on the product page with your details.

Complete your payment through the checkout.

 

Can I see my cup being made?

Yes! This is honestly one of my favourite parts. I make cups on TikTok Live so you can watch the whole process — the glitter, the layering, the magic! Follow me on TikTok @craftsbybarbs so you don't miss a Live.

Does my cup have to be made on TikTok Live?

No, I can absolutely make your cup off Live.  

 

How long does it take to make my order?

Please allow approximately 3–7 working days for me to create and prepare your order before it's dispatched. Some more detailed or complex orders may take a little longer, but I'll always let you know if that's the case.

Processing time is separate from shipping time, so factor both in when you're ordering for a specific date.

 

Can I request a custom design that isn't in the catalogue?

Absolutely! Custom requests are always welcome. Get in touch via the contact form or email me at craftsbybarbs@gmail.com with your idea and I'll let you know what's possible.

Can I buy just the wraps?

No, I don't sell the wraps individually, unless I am doing an advertised wrap sale. 

 

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, which is a secure, trusted payment platform. Your card details are never stored by me — Stripe handles all of that safely.

 

Do you have Afterpay?

No, not currently, but is something I am looking into getting.

Shipping

 

Do you ship to Australia?

Yes! I ship to Australia via NZ Post international courier. Shipping to Australia costs approximately $43.38 NZD and takes approximately 2–3 working days from dispatch.

 

What are your NZ shipping rates?

Shipping is via NZ Post.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of your order.

For multiple orders/bulk orders there may be additional shipping costs. 

 

Do you ship to other countries?

At the moment I'm shipping to New Zealand and Australia. I'm hoping to add more countries soon! If you're somewhere else and keen on an order, get in touch and I'll see what I can do.

Products and Quality

 

My products are handmade — what does that mean for my order?

It means your cup is made just for you, by my own two hands. Because every cup is made individually, you may notice small natural variations in glitter placement, colours, or finishes compared to the product photos. This is totally normal and part of what makes each piece unique! I always do my best to match the design you chose as closely as possible.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or something isn't right?

I'm so sorry if that happens! Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?

Because everything is custom-made especially for you, I'm not able to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please take a moment to check all your details (size, design, spelling, etc.) before completing your order.

How do I look after my cup?

Cups are handmade with love and need a little TLC to stay looking their best! The short version: hand wash only, no dishwasher, no microwave. Check out the Cup Care Instructions page for the full details.
